Diamondback Edgewood LX bike
I bought Diamondback Edgewood LX bike to
commute to work and back – about 7 miles each way, in city traffic and over a couple of bridges. This bicycle is very comfy for using for exercising and casual rides.
It’s a perfect balance between professional bicycling and comfort and you will enjoy having paid a decent price for such quality materials and workmanship. The bike is beautiful and built solid with quality parts. The components are not top-notch but they are not cheap either.
Mongoose Domain Men’s Dual-Suspension Mountain Bike (26-Inch Wheels) Review
Mongoose Domain is a tremendous bike for the price. This is the best bike I found in the low end price range. For the money, I think it’s a great recreational bike. I will use this bike probably 5 times a week for about an hour or two at most riding around the neighborhood and nearby bike trails. So for me, it’s more than adequate. I don’t need anything more expensive currently. The bike came double boxed and was in great shape. I’d say probably over 80% of the bike is already assembled. Assembly was a snap, no surprises, no problems.
Pacific Shorewood Men’s Cruiser Bike (26-Inch Wheels) Review
The bicycle is very c
omfortable and rides very nicely. It gets approving looks and compliments everywhere I ride. Efficient center-pull brakes, seven speeds that are easy to shift up or down, a wide, spring-supported seat, and white-wall tires! The rims, spokes and hubs are all anodized black aluminum, very cool effect. The seat has a “quick release” bolt/lever which was another nice surprise. The hand-operated brakes and 7-speed twist index shifters work excellent. Very easy-reach handlebars with long stem for upright seating. It has wide saddle seat with padded suspension for comfort.
Schwinn High Timber Men’s Mountain Bike (26-Inch Wheels) Review
The quality of this bike far surpasses its cost. The Sram brakes, the Shimano gears, the rims, the seat, the handle bars, all top notch. Especially the fork and the adjustable seat. It rode very smooth and I really enjoyed it. I chose this Schwinn High Timber because of the style which is perfect for someone like me. (No need to lean hunched over). The Schwinn High Timber ran great, easy shifting and smooth ride. I’d recommend it, if you want a nice bike without the big buck price tag.
Schwinn Ridge AL Men’s Mountain Bike (26-Inch Wheels) Review
Schwinn Ridge AL Men’s Mountain Bike is light du
e to all the aluminum parts that make up the bike and it is the aluminum that gives the bike it strength as well. The bike was a breeze to unpack and set up. The bike was put together well at the factory. There were no scratches from the assembly line. The welds appear uniform (which is an excellent sign of a good weld). Smooth shifting after light adjusting, light frame, almost everything came preassembled. This Schwinn certainly has exceeded my expectation for what of that money can buy you. I have ridden it about 200 miles so far. I paid around $230 with free shipping. For what I need, it’s perfect. The seat is comfortable to an extent. I think that was a good deal and I don’t regret buying the bike at all. All in all, I needed an affordable bike, and I’m pretty satisfied with what I got.
GMC Denali Women’s Road Bike (20″/50cm Frame) Review
GMC Denali Women’s Road Bike is a very good bike for the money. I enjoy it immensely. The bike is easy to put together and works great with only a minor tune up. Of course, it’s not as light as the bikes that are over a thousand dollars, but it is fun to ride, shifts fairly smoothly, brakes well and feels good on the road.Shifting is easy and the brakes work very well. It’s a 21-speed racing bike with lightweight aluminum 7005 mixte frame. Shimano REVO gear shift system puts you in control Also the shocks work well for a smooth ride, and the stock seat is really good. Definitely the bike to buy if you want to try cycling without the huge investment! I would recommend this bike to anyone.
